We have a 10-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition that you received it – unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@osmoikon.co. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive:

  • A defective or damaged item.
  • The wrong item.

We will assess the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.



Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
